I have activated the integration between Business Central on cloud and D365 for Sales.
Every now and then I got this message during the synchronisation process (In this case I have triggered it manually from the item list):
“Both the Item record and the Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM Product record have been changed since the last synchronisation, or synchronisation has never been performed. If you continue with synchronisation, data on one of the records will be lost and replaced with data from the other record.”
I click ok to the message above, I then click “Get data update from Dynamics 365 for Sales” (in my scenario CRM is the master for product/item) but the following message is displayed.
“The synchronisation has been skipped.”
In the job queue log there is no evidence on what is missing or errors.
Have you ever dealt with this situation?
