Initialize Form

Hi All,

I have a simple form with filter built in. The form runs fine when you select the item.

The problem is when you first /open the form it populates the first row of the table(please see the attached screen). I need to have them blank. Is there a way to initialize these fields?

Set AutoSearch property of the datasource to No.
