Inactive connection in AOS

The problem comes when those user drop the connection then those session will be keep in the AOS cache. Since, the license is only allow 10 concurrent user then the user will not able to login again because those user session is still keep under the AOS.

Any solution for this problem?

Unfortunately, I do not think there is another solution to your problem than restarting the AOS. Try to find out why the user session is dropped and find a way to avoid it.
I once had the same problem with a customer and we could persuade Microsoft to give us more concurrent user licenses for free so we could get over the day until the night where the AOS could be restarted.

Have you tried setting up ‘Automatic shutdown’ field under Tools menu → Options yet?

Have you tried to set KeepAliveTime under TCP settings on the AOS to see if that helps?
