In Document Attachments "New" is disabled

Hi Experts ,

I created a list page form, has some data , document attachment (DocuView) which already is in list page i created duplicate of it (CopyOfDocuView) and i created menuItem (instead of command button )Of CopyOfDocuView and show in the form through menuItemButton and deleted the original attachments command button

when i open the attachment through form “New” button is disable and others are enable

how can I enable "New " button in attachments

please guide me
