Can anyone Explain Me about Posting Profiles and Its Exact Definition and also Accounting Structure.

Dear Praeep,

Posting profiles specify the ledger accounts that are affected when source documents are posted to the general ledger or when journal entries are journalized. You can set up default posting profiles for customers, vendors and items. The posting profiles for Customers, Item and Vendors will be used as default entries when source documents or journal entries are created.

Account Structure The configure account structures functionality is used to define valid combinations of main account and financial dimensions as well as the seizure order from the main account and dimensions
