Import Sales Forecast from Excel to Production Forecasts

Hi all,

I am using NAV 5.0 SP1, and I would like to import sales forecast data for next year to production forecasts. We have thousands of items. So manually input all the data is time consuming.

With the funtion to “Import Prodution Forecast”, it asks for a *.txt file. I researched and it has to be a tab delimited file to import to NAV.

But I could not figure out how to input the date for NAV to read. I would like to have the forecasts input by week, what is the proper format?
