Import Export Excel, CSV, Tab, Fixed Width Plain Text and XML Files

Dear All,

There are a lot of beautiful and useful Excel Import and Export tools for Navision from 2.7 to 2009 R2

such as Universal Excel Importer v1.2, SMART Excel Import Export, Universal Excel/Notepad Importer

& Exporter. However, there are limited tools for Navision 20013, and they are designed for

experienced Consultants. Although Navision 2013 today supports paste data rows from Excel

directly, it is suitable for small tables with some columns only.

Actually, Navision 2013 has a powerful build-in Rapid Start tool for Consultants in implementation.

We have enhanced Rapid Start tool and called it “Universal Data Import Export” (Service S-003).

With our tool, users can manage to exchange data such as sales, purchase, financial with other

systems, bank transfer entries from online banking, timesheet from time & attendance readers or

biometric clock … in formats from Excel, CSV, Tab, Fixed Width Text to XML friendly and effectively.

Through “Universal Data Import Export”, you can:

  • Export tables data to Excel:

  • Express way for end users.

  • Select tables to be exported.

  • Choose needed fields to be exported.

  • Filter needed records to be exported.

  • Import tables data from Excel Sheets repeatedly:

  • Express way for end users.

  • Select Excel Sheet to be imported.

  • Excel Sheet Template checking.

  • Validate needed fields separately.

  • Preview data before apply to table data.

  • Import/Export Table Data via Text File:

  • Support Delimited format such as csv, semicolon, tab … or user-defined.

  • Support Fixed Width format.

  • Support Number and Date Time format.

  • User can select Import Destination as Package Data (for preview) or Database.

  • Support Web Client.

  • Import/Export Tables Data via XML File:

  • Support XML Schema.

  • Multi tables interaction.

  • User can select Import Destination as Package Data (for preview) or Database.

  • Support Web Client.

  • Import/Export Configuration Packages Definition via XML File:

  • User can copy Configuration Packages Definition via XML file between systems.

  • Support Web Client.
