Illegal combination error in Trade Agreement

Hi All,

In trade agreement I am setting Sales Price for the Item group and Customer Group.

I can select customer group as whole-seller but when I select “Group” in Item code field and then select a product group in item relation field then system shows an error “Illegal combination of relation and item code”.

Can any one help me in to that.?!

Hi Jainal,

I’m having the same problem. I have a whole set of items that have the same price, so pricing them on group level rather than on individual item level would save time. I think however that the option to set the price on a group of items is not supported in AX. Unless you have found the answer in the mean time?

Hi Jainal,

Its a standard validation error.

Account code should be “table” for account selection and Item Code should be “Table” or " ALL"

Similarly,

Account code should be “Group” for account selection then Item Code should be “group”.

If any illegal combination would apply then AX will throw an error “Illegal combination of relation and item code”.
