I can't take it anymore

This is a frustrated end user. Frustrated with our NSC. No return phone calls or email - sometimes never, sometimes weeks later - have left us with no choice but to find someone else. I want to keep this anonymous (hence the user ID) to prevent more issues before we’re ready. Yes, we have had a number of conversations regarding this with our current NSC. This is what I can tell you: -We pay our bills on time. -We are a distributor. -We need someone with both navision warehouse management and EDI experience. -We would prefer someone in western PA or eastern OH. However, with today’s communications, inexpensive airfare and navision’s ability to import and export objects, location is less of an issue than experience.
