How to view chinese characters in Navision

Hi all,

We are helping to support chinese end user with navision installed, instead of looking at giblish characters, any idea how to view those chinese characters please?
1.in my local navision installed directory(c:\program files\microsoft business solutions): i had copied enu folder, and rename as chs
2.i had set my control panel to be able to view and edit chinese characters in my windows xp os.

but still unable to view it. what could possibly be the issue?

Renaming the enu folder wont help you out. You have to download the chinese language module and install in your system

hi Kathik,

thanks for replying, i would like to find out if it has been installed? as some of my seniors have no problem reading (chinese characters) them in their local pc.
