I tried an automation testing using Microsoft Test Manager for AX 2012.

Will you please help me with some document where I can refer it for Automation testing for AX 2012?

Because there was problem with test Environment creation using test controller tools.

Sorry, I’m not aware of any document specific for AX. MTM is a general purpose tool and it would be impossible to document all applications that can be tested with it.

You can use CodedUI tool to generate automated test scripts. it just work fine to automating test cases for AX.
