How to upload invoice journal entry AX 2009

hi,

this the first time starts to communicate in this site.

i have a several of invoice for a same vendor and i need to upload thru invoice journal

i need to know the fastest way to fill in a template then i can update easily .

Which version of AX you are using? If you are an end user you should be cautious in doing it. I suggest to get your self comfortable in test environment before doing it in Live.

You can use ledgerjournaltrans template to upload the Invoice. You can specify invoice number and other required fields.

Regarding updating template, it’s a manual task. You must have some source document and update the template based on it. Import it and post it.

Thanks, Is there is anyway to update it thru excel sheet to upload as it is…
