The information what you are showing in the Route will be Actually Picked up from the route when production order is Estimated or Scheduled. You cannot edit the information in the Scheduling Tab - it is according to the setups made at the route attached to item.Based on those setups the system will schedule the start date , time and end date , time for operations.
If you created a new calendar - did you attached it to the work center. If not attach it to the work center.
or if you changed the existing calendar.
again update the route. and do the estimation again.
You have no times against your routing. The 12.00 time comes from the planning parameters. Reschedule would alter it, but it will go back from the end time based upon the time and then define the start time. In your example it would never change.
yes i have specified run time for both as 0.05 means 5 minute.
i have not problem whit this specific production line. even i create new production line & check route for that new production order. it will be “12:00am”
"can you tell from where it is fetching this start time for Route?"
But working backwards it will get it from a number of places. When you schedule the order you tell it the scheduling time, failing this I believe the planned order would have looked at the planned receipt time, and then these are adjusted as Kranthi states by the working times of the work centre to get the nearest time. I suggest you start by scheduling an order and changing the time to see the impact.
