How to up Service Management Module?

Hi Everyone,

I just want to ask on:

  1. How to Up or active the Service Management Module in AX?
  2. Where this module can use it and how to use it?
  3. Is there any module relative or connected that affect our transaction and process?
  4. And how will affect and treat in our Inventory, if ever it has?

Because i don’t have any idea?

I’m not expert or certify as AX Developer, I just a normal Developer/Programmer with minimal knowledge regarding in AX.

But one thing i know, I’m willing to learn. !

Can someone teach me or give manual or tutorials on how to do it?

to make it short, i need the Service Management to fully functional.

  1. You don’t have to activate it. If you have the enough License you should be able to see that module.

  3. Look at the documentation, it is integrated to sales and marketing and HR.

You may not need any development experience to understand any functionality in AX.
