You would have better chance to get an answer if you actually provided more information. Are you talking about default dimensions or specific ledger dimensions?

Read the documentation first (Implementing the Account and Financial Dimensions Framework) and then tell us what’s not clear to you (if anything).

For each purchorder we have a financial dimension details like department,Business unit and cost center…the Same setup i want to make in my form …can you give some idea?

These are “default dimensions”. What you need is on page 9 of the document linked above.
