How to remove the signature for send PO by email? Business Unit: Purchasing

Business Unit: Purchasing

On the Email setup one field need to be created to don’t include the predefined Email signature and let the Exchange do by himself.

As example the Send PO by email does not need the signature because the purchasers signature will be added automatically and the Vendors will receive one email with two signatures.

i know what i need to do but i dont know how to start my task, can you please guide me to improve?

which nav version do you use?
are there already customizations (smtp setup, email setup page, …)?
do you use outlook to open the mail or do you send directly ?

i am using Nav 2016.
yes there is a Email Setup existing.
The sending signature is set to TRUE by default! I use Outlook to open the E-mail and i also can send directly, i have a Boolean created for that (Automatic Email).
As i understood, i need to create a field type Boolean on the Email Setup List to be able to define when i send the signature footer and not.
did i get it right ?

if you mean, that you want to stop adding automatically the outlook signature, then you can do that only in outlook. for that follow support.office.com/…/Stop-using-an-automatic-signature-f94df479-0bc6-43a4-a6cf-966db538de42

you can only manage the usage of a signature which is saved in nav.

You are right, this is possible but this will disable the Signature for all our Outlook Emails and that s not the case.
example : when a dealer make an Order(normal Order) after its released, the dealer receive automatically a confirmation Email and in this Email i want to disable the signature.

An alternative could be to use SMTP mail instead. Here you have full control of the look of the email.
