Following in the picture it shows the dialog box . The program is working fine as per our requirement but it shows error how I remove it.
I dispute the assumption that the program is working fine. If it was, you would not be getting this error. The error happens because of an attempt to create a duplicate record. Ask the developer to fix their code.
