How to remove obsolete entites from Open in Excel listing?

Hi,

Has anyone come across a way to remove obsolete entities from the Open in Excel listing on a form on D365 F&O?

For example, on the Bill of material designer - below is the list available to users. As you can see it’s extensive and also includes obsolete entities. I would like to remove these to ensure users select the latest version.

I have checked the Document Template form in > Common >Common >Office integration >Document templates but this list doesn’t include all the above entities listed,
