How to pull out Cues tile in Navision 2018?

Hi,

I’m a system IT working on Navision. I would like to utilize the Cues so that my users can start using it.

I have a few questions regarding Cue Set up, hope that some kind soul can help. [emoticon:c4563cd7d5574777a71c318021cbbcc8]

  1. I would like to ask how do I pull out any of the tiles I find in here?

  2. What does Personalised means in the screenshot on the furthers right?

  3. Am I able to filter the parameters for the tiles on my own. or I require my partners to help me with this?

  1. Are you asking how do you NOT show the tile? To the best of my knowledge Cue Tiles can be removed from the Object Designer on the Page but I recall this effects all users.

  2. Personalized means that the User has changed the standard Threshold and Style.

  3. It is my understanding that to alter the Cue you will need your partners help as this requires a DEV person.

Haha… Steven you are everywhere.

I want to configure the tiles. For example, I want to change the invoice tile from pulling out sales and service invoices to sales invoices only. Does this also requires DEV?

Yes, to change the Tile properties and filters you will need a DEV person.
