How to print the blank Purchase Order or Sales Order

Hi all,

I need to print out the blank Purchase Order form but when need to print out the form, they will ask the characteristic to input the data so that the can generate the report through out using the input data to get the output of the printing.

But what is asking to is that i need the blank form as the reference so that we can know which can put the information and which not…

Did you check File–>Send–>Form to Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel options?

Are you able to print blank report?

yes, for that one i able to convert the form or the report to do the blank form but the alignment is still having the problem when do transfer from the system to Microsoft office.

But what i want is from system itself to print the blank form, isn’t possible?

I think No…

You can compare directly from Form also…

The form and report will get values from table and print…

why do you want to compare again?

so, the solution need to be export out to microsoft office as doing the blank form, isn right mohana?

Yes, you can press F3 (New) and send to excel
