How to plan career in Microsoft Dynamics production fresh out of college?

Hi all,

I 'm a recent graduate from Masters in Industrial Engineering. I’m planning to learn and wishing to be a functional consultant(Production/Logistic/Trade areas). But I’m confused, where to start my planning.
-Will there be any training institutes in USA which would train for the certification and that would also help in placing me, as I have visa constraint to get a job in 2 months.

-And is it correct move for an Industrial person in terms of job prospects.

Can somebody help me out. Thanks in advance!

Maybe you can start an internship with a partner, which would procure your training and jobs from a starting point of view. Lana Vernovsky at Dynamics-resources.com use to have visa facilitation
