How to open NAV enviornment through hyperlink

I have given the above link in NAV approval notification mail to open NAV enviornment directly from the mail itself. But the link is not navigating to NAV enviornment. How can I facilitate the same?

Hi Mohana,

I have tried which tou suggested. But the link which shown below is not redirecting to anywhere by click on this hyperlink. If we given the same in RUN, it will open the same form. I think something I missed out in that hyperlink. Please see the below link mentioned in blue coloured and kindly advise your idea to resolve this issue.
