Of course the first step is print the list of all the inventory ( what’s the name of that report in Navision Financial ? ) And after that input the result of the stock opname activities into the Navision Financial system ( does the menu called Phys. Thanks Agatha, Now I know what do you mean. We use term physical inventory for this activity. You need to run function calculate inventory from Phys. Inventory Journal. It will generate Inventory status as of today. Then you should print “Physical Inventory Count” report. A lot of clients ask us print special physical count cards. When you count inventory you should fill field “Qty. (Phys. Inventory)” with real counted quantity.
