How to Integrate navision with MS Project

Hello Madam/Sir,

This is srinivas chittem Working in One of the Microsoft Patnter Company in HYD.

Now i am Developing the module Integration Navision With MS Project…

How can u achieve this.? Please give any ideas or u have any code Or u have any material 4 that …please share me.

MSDN check for Microsoft Project API. You should e able to use it from Navision.

hi srinu,

to integrate ms project with navision you need to install N/ODBC and after that u need to create Navisin DNS .

after u create dis attach this to MS project.this is the outerview

if u want any customization for u r data u have to write diffrent difrent queries accordingly data wiil come to u r msproject.

A lot of work leading to nothing.

Plan outside Navision directly in MS project.

This is because Navision has a totally different approach to planning.

Sure after mapping and string manipulation, you will come up with some resources and Gantchart, but this will not help your organization.

Replacing Navision with MS Project might be a better idea for smaller outfits. Welcome to the world of ERP.
