I have exported notes (annotations) from a d365 crm environment and I want to import this into my new d365 crm environment but there is no option to import this via data management.
Any ideas how this can be imported?

Hello,
Might add some suggestions on your issue Make a CSV file with some important columns: Title for the note’s title, Document for the file name, Owner to show who’s in charge of the note, Regarding to refer to the related record (like Account or Contact), and Description for any extra details. Put all the attached files in a folder called attachments. Make sure the file names in this folder match exactly what’s in the Document column of your CSV.
Now, zip up your CSV file and the attachments folder into one ZIP file. This is key because Dynamics 365 needs both the data and the files in one compressed file. After zipping them, go to Settings > Data Management > Import Data in your CRM. Select your ZIP file to begin the import.
The Data Import Wizard will help map your notes automatically. However, double-check that the Regarding field is lined up with the right entity, like Account or Opportunity. Ensure the attachment files link correctly by verifying that the Document name matches the file in the ZIP. After verifying everything, click Next > Submit, and the import will start. When it’s done, check your notes and attachments to make sure they are linked to the right records.
