How to get a report on Daily Posted Sales Invoices based on Locations

Hi,
The company has 3 locations and I’m searching for a way to get list of Posted sales Invoices Raised during period in each location. Is there a inbuilt report ?

Remember that an invoice is not limited to a single location. That being said, I’m not aware of a standard report for this. You might have a look at Report 10153 “Picking List by Location” as an idea on how such a report might be structured. Of course, you would be using different tables.

Have you tried the Daily Invoicing Report? You can filter by location and by period. By the way what version of NAV/BC is your environment?

You have 2 options I can think of:

  1. Jet Reports - You can use one of the free reports and add Location as a Filter. In addition you can do this by Customer or Item

  2. Daily Invoicing Report - but please note that the Filter Location Code will look at the Header Location Code field, not Sales Lines. If you use multiple Location Codes on your Sales Lines then use Jet.
