Hi, we would like to send an html email message to our top 1000 clients in Dynamics CRM. I checked product documentation but didn’t see anything. Has anyone done this, and what are the steps? Thank you in advance. (PS: Obviously interested in doing this in an automated fashion).

Hi Kelly, can you not create your view with your top 1000 clients and use Quick Campaigns assuming you do not have an integrated email marketing tool. Also, what conditions would you be looking at for automation for this so I can help with a Flow
