How to customize worklist web part in Enterprise portal Role center page ?

Dear All,

I have a requirement to customize the Role center page in EP 2012.

I want to remove one field from from that worklist how to do this…

as the data process to this worklist through EPUnifiedWorkList class but how to edit this worklist grid

can any body help me on this…
