How to create Product Groups and Item presentation for CSS(Customer Self-service)

Hi All,

I am working hardly to create different Product Groups and maintatin the Item presentation for the “Product Catalogue” available on the EP site for Customer Self-service(CSS) access.

I have gone through the all the info. found out on the web but yet not able to successfully configure the Product Groups and item presentation for the product catalogue on CSS.

Hi,

Now I manage to create different Product Groups and item presentations for CSS on EP. But i am not able to configure these product groups for EP site. When i browse EP sites and click on “Product catalog” section it doesnt display a single product group which i have created recently through AX client from " > > > > > ".

Do i required to relate these product groups with EP site from somewhere?

Please advise.

Hi,

I also manage to display the product group on EP site for CSS. But now not able to view the assigned images to particular product group and items. I have tried with the bmp and jpg images but not getting success to see it on EP site.

Please advice.
