How to create a credit note

Can anyone please let me know how to create a credit note?

Also, how to update the purchase order line after creating the credit note?

This is for Axapta 3.0.

Hi Amuda,

You can go to Purch/Sales Header/Line Function>Create Credit Notes

Choose the appropriate data, click OK

I have to create a Credit Note, haw to create in Nav 5.0.

I want that credit note to have impact only on the value of item. To decreese the value.

This is an AX forum, please post your question in the NAV forum.

Cost only credit notes are not credit notes - you need a revaluation journal.
