How to Close/End Report As finished Jobs that are old and in closed period?

Hi,

I have a situation here where we have few orders that can’t end. Message is “‘Active job registrations or journal registrations exist on production in Manufacturing Execution’. Also, these registrations are very old and back in the already CLOSED periods. What will be the proper way to get rid of those orders?

What does the system tell you when you try to close them?

When you try and close the open job registrations I mean.

sorry for the late reply adam. the message is " When try to ‘Stop Activity’ we get the ‘Job is an invalid job ID’ error message since these transactions are in the Fiscal Period that has already been closed."

How can we get rid of that job? so it doent appear in “My Job list” of workers ? thanks
