How to add a new button to ribbon of rtc

Hi guys,

I have created a packing slip report and now I want to create a button in sales header ribbon to print the report for each customer,

I have completed the report part and anybody please tell me on how to customize the ribbon to add a new button to sales orders ribbon page.
