Hi.. when iam trying to open page using web services ODATA and SOAP url it showing error that

can anyone suggest how to sort out this problem

Do you have this folder in your system,
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\90\Web Client

If yes then,
is it the webservice you are trying to open is published? Also, in administration tool check whether OData and SOAP Services is enabled and you are using the right port id of web services, I guess you should use 7048 or 7049 as the port id and should try once.

Open Services and check SOAP & OData Webservices are enabled.
Enable webservices and restart NAV Service and Try again.
