Hi @Juan_Alberto_Hilario

Please elaborate a little on the issue. Additionally, could you clarify which user (or permission level) is experiencing the issue, and which users are not affected by the problem?

Thanks.

Hi Hardik,

When i enter the Launched Production Order menu, as i try ti enter de diari of production of an order (CTR+D) the following message appears: “Entry Type must not be changed when a quantity is reserved in Item Journal Line Journal Template Name=‘PROD.ORDER’,Journal Batch Name=‘User name’,Line No.=‘64010000’. I dont know the level of permission of the user but it must be the most basic one. Best regards

Hi,

I believe you’re using a custom add-on or an ISV? its not a standard NAV. If I’m wrong can please correct me.

Hi i am using a very old version of Nav, Nav 4.0 launched in 2006, it has no add-on’s

Hi i am Still having this issue, My USER NAME IS “ORTEGA”, when i try to enter in Item Jornal an adjustment i am unaible to select ORTEGA on th section name, anyone knows hoe could i filter from the line 64010000, i believe the root of the problem resides there, best regards

Hi @Juan_Alberto_Hilario

The core issue seems to stem from the filter on “line 64010000”. A likely resolution would be to check the specific dimension filters assigned to the user ‘ORTEGA’ within NAV’s setup, as these might be restricting the available options.

Hi everyone, could you specify step by step how to check the dimension filters?

Thank you very much.

This error is making sense though, Please see if we have any thing within the reservation side.
Now if only one user is getting this then additional investigation, try uninstalling any external extension, try logging in with just one user and see the impact.

Do you know how can i access the reservation side? My version is Nav 4.0 2006

the problem i am watching now is that i have the reserve option on the product that i believe is causing the error set to never, i change it to optional but the error persists
