Hi,

I’ve been using navision in our company for about ten yrs, I started on 2.0 with no training so did not start out well. Received the Navision support job last July, I train all users and work out any problems, communicate with programers, write the specs for changes to our system and write Jet reports for reporting, also help out with IT hardware support.
