Check that the OLE control of Suomation server is correctly installed and registed.
How do I check the xml/ ole version as indicate?
You can do a Google search on that GUID and you’ll find a bunch of results you can look into.

I managed to solve it already, basically, i go to register under HKEY _CLASSES _ROOT\CLSID to look for both address, get the files director
(Eg: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32) check the version and compare with a pc that navison is able to send to Excel.
I realised the missing files msxml6.dll and msxml6r.dll is missing to manually copy the 2 files over.
