Hi, a 3.60 GB client has reported an intermittent problem of the 3rd dimension disappearing on a general journal line when moving off the line to the one below, he then has to re-enter the dimension which is time consuming for them, both the table and form are standard. Any ideas as to what the cause of the problem could be? Thanks for any help! Mike
Hello Mike, I have heard of this sort of thing happening at 3.60 sites, but I have never seen it or replicated it and it appears to be intermittent problem. I would suggest that you get the client to run the latest hotfixed version of the 3.60 client and server software and see if it keeps happening.
