G/L Account creation - the name not in alignment

Hi,

My account ask me why the alignment for “marketing Expenses” not follow the previous line?

I guess it is newly created account. After add any new account must indent chart of accounts. Click the button Indent chart of accounts to indent.

Ya, is newly created account. what is the usage / meaning / function for “Indent chart of accounts”?

It indents means align the chart of accounts based on number and grouping.

ok, won’t affect any data inside right?

It wont effect any data, but it indent all the accounts.
