Hi All

While creating the Free Text Invoice (Credit note), the lines are not printing in the printout but the total is coming fine.Please refer the Screen shot.

Normal Free Text Invoice is coming fine.

Please guide me this why the lines are not printing i am Using 2012 R2 which is upgrading from the FP.

no, we just upgrade from Feature pack to R2. In FP it is coming fine May there is some setup for this credit note. And also while passing the FTI (credit note) i am just putting the amount without quantity and unit price.

i make of of the test transaction and found if i am putting the quantity only then the line will be print otherwise only the total will print. But this is happening only in R2 in FP it is working fine without the quantity.
