I want send Sample Material to one of my customer. Is there Free Sampling is available in AX 2009.
Or How can I deal with the same.

Hi Jinesh,
As such, FOC system is not available as standard feature. You can use use sales order, sell the item to customer at 0 price or using 100% discount, as per the accounting impact which you want. Selling item at 0 price will not create any entry to AR or Revenue, but will hit Inventory and COGS. Also, i guess entry will be created in Excise register, though i am not very much sure.

Yes , the above is the only Solution in AX . ( But using the standard functionality it is difficult to generate the reports how much qty send as a sample ( Free) ).
