Any idea about handling of Framework agreements in AX2009?
What i need is option to create Purchase order for some Net amount, and later proceed with realizing of that purchase order with separate order connected with the basic Purchase order.
Feature that is closest to what i need is the Blanket order type of Purchase orders. Realization of this Blanket order goes with Release orders, which is great and exactly what I need. The problem is that with the Blanket order functionality, when you create release orders you are limited to selecting only items that are entered in the Blanket order.
I had idea to create the Blanket order with one item and later change the item in the Release orders, but in this way i will loose track of the items that were entered in the RFQ previously. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention, all Purchase orders are created from RFQ’s and the reference between them should be kept.
Any ideas???
