Form「users」's 「Import Users」 function with error "Authorization Required"

I am encountering an issue when using the “Import Users” function in the D365 Users screen. Every time I try to use this function, I receive an error message saying “Authorization Required.”

If this is a recently created DevBox, MS does not link those to your tenant since Nov 2023. There is an article out there regarding this.

You can do create new user instead. Provide proper name, email id & network alias, if it matches with the data in azure active directory, the user will be able to login. We have done it this way & it is working as expected.
