Above is what I see when I do a customer list/page inspection looking for state/county/province field. Does anyone have any idea why that is happening?
On BC version 19

Hello,

I just checked my 2 CRONUS v19.1 sandbox’s and do not have this issue. May I suggest you contact your Partner and see if an extension is effecting the field State/County/Province. It seems something has changed the Description value and they can repair.

Are you by chance using a language layer? Perhaps the caption was not set properly for a different language.

UPDATE: Now only seeing this on the Vendor and Contacts cards.
