"Field ECC number must be filled in." - error while posting production order

Hello guys,

In AX 2012 - After GST Rollup (IND Localization), we receive this error while posting the Production Order.

Error:

Error Posting - Picking list journal

– Journal: PRJ_0****

----Voucher: PLV_000***\Line number: 1.00

-------Production: PRD_000***

---------Item number: RM00***

Field ECC number must be filled in.
Error Posting - Picking list journal

Journal: PRJ_00*** The journal is not posted and the update is cancelled.

I think the error is from this method, \Classes\ProdJournalCheckPostBOM\updateExciseRegister_IN
Try to debug and see why it is causing the error.
