Failed to create real-time service web service

Hi Guys!

I am trying to run the InstallCommerceDataExchangeRealtimeService.ps1 script but I got error message below.

Do you have any idea on how am I going to resolve this?

The error says that the problem is on line 713. It seems that it can’t find Web.config file.
