Excel add-in: not enough storage

HI,

Have any encounter the below error. Users able to export data from AX to excel via Microsoft dynamics excel add-in.

but when want to save the excel, we get the error that “Not enough storage is available to complete this operation”

How much data are they trying to save?
If it’s not much, I would ask Microsoft for support, because it may be caused by a bug.
If it’s a lot, maybe they run out of memory or hit some other limit.

Did you check your drive(s) if there available space? or restart your machine and then try to export again.
