I am not sure that it will solve the issue or not but try to uninstall the office add-on by running AX setup and reinstall the office add-on. It happens some time by forcefully closing the excel add-0n.
Is there any other solution?
If I reintall the office add-on, this could affect all the users? That’s something I don’t want.
Hi Guys. This issue was resolved. I resolved this by checking the datasource of this forms. This issue was triggered by the installation of hotfix. The hotfix add a new field in the datasource of the form then the datasource of this form is not updated so there is a conflict in exporting the record to excel. kindly check the datasource and the fields of the table related on the forms you have encountered the error. Hope this helps to others encountered this error.
