Error while downloading Azure Management Certificate for deploy AX on Microsoft Azure !

Hello,

i am going to deploy AX 2012 R3 on Microsoft Azure . I am following below steps :

  1. Logon to Life Cycle Service through my Microsoft credentials.

  2. created new Project and select Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 product version.

  3. Then i go in Microsoft Azure Step to download Management Certificate.

  4. then enter my Azure subscription ID and click for download Management Certificate .

then i am getting below error while downloading certificate :

Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.### You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

please help me , why this error comes or what are the reasons ?? please help its urgent

Are you an administrator of the Azure subscription?

Nevertheless I suggest you contact Microsoft. They run LCS, so they can look into logs etc.

thanks for your reply , i am logged in through my MSDN credentials having Azure subscription id . And i was getting this error while downloading Azure Management Certificate.

And how can i contact with Microsoft ? could you please suggest ?

The easiest way, but without guaranteed answers, is clicking the smiley face in the top right corner of LCS web site and describing your problem there.
If you want a guaranteed answer, log a support ticket with Microsoft.
