I have install the NAV 2013 in server its working with cronous database, now remove and delete the cronous database and restore the other database , now its thorough an error that server is missing, where as I have change the database name in customconfig file also. still the error.

How do u restore db? Are u restore with native or sql? Do u checked error on events log viewer?

You can open Microsoft Dynamics NAV Administration from all programs and expand the list from left side.
Select the service and click edit.
change the database name and save
restart the service.
