Error undo shipment

Dear Everybody

I met one problem when undo shipment. Hope everyone repair , or give me solution.

Error :

Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Item tracking defined for item XXXXXXX in the Sales Line accounts for more than the quantity you have entered.
You must adjust the existing item tracking and then reenter the new quantity.

Is it related to the shipiment being a partial shipment? Would imagine that could give issues if the sales order have outstanding qty.
